In its latest bulletin, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) released Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) preliminary data from cycles completed in 2015 and final data from 2014 cycles performed in the United States and The IVF CenterSM bested the national average in two major categories.
The clinic’s in vitro fertilization (IVF) live birth rate ART data with women under 35 using their own eggs is rated as 61.4% compared to 56.7% for the national average, a better overall rate of almost 10%. In a second primary ART category – preliminary cumulative outcome per egg retrieval cycle – the clinic beat the national average by over 15%, with success rates of 55.4% compared to 48.2%.
“The results speak to the tireless dedication and expertise from our entire team to help families around the region and around the world achieve their dream to have children,” says Mark P. Trolice, M.D., founder of The IVF CenterSM. “We work every day to increase the success rates of our patients while providing them with the very best IVF experience available, making sure to never allow them to feel like a number.”
Other notable success rates for The IVF CenterSM show that for women under 35, the chance of live birth at The IVF CenterSM from one egg retrieval (including one or more embryo transfers) is 60.4% with an average 1.1 embryo transfer cycles. With more than one egg retrieval the number rises to 71.4% for the same age bracket. When women use donor eggs, the chance of live birth from a fresh embryo transfer is 77.8% while a frozen embryo transfer results in a live birth 75% of the time.
