Dr. Trolice was part of an expert panel on My Surrogate Mom where they discussed how COVID-19 is affecting surrogacy processes and its different stages.
“Very little is known about COVID-19, particularly regarding its effects on pregnant women and infants,” says Dr. Trolice. “As a result, there are no recommendations specific to a women’s desire to conceive or how to evaluate and manage a pregnant woman if she develops COVID-19 Pandemic.”
