The IVF CenterSM has partnered The National PCOS Association to provide a free IVF cycle for women suffering from PCOS attempting to build their family.

To qualify for the PCOS Challenge Family Building Grant applicants must:

  • Have a diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome from a physician
  • Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent U.S. resident
  • Be at least 25 years of age or older

All applicants must provide a letter from their physician confirming their infertility diagnosis caused by PCOS. Applicants may also provide a short video statement about why they are applying for the grant.

The grant does not cover travel costs, and the grant recipient must be willing and able to travel to the physician’s office for which they have been awarded the grant to receive treatment. Additional costs, such as precycle testing, medications, anesthesia, and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), are also not included.

The deadline for grant submission is December 10, 2019.
