Fertility treatment asks a great deal of you—physically, emotionally, and mentally. My role is to support you throughout that journey with individualized acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine that complements the care you receive from your reproductive endocrinologist.

Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally, preparing for IVF or IUI, recovering after an egg retrieval, preparing for embryo transfer, or navigating early pregnancy, every treatment is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Many patients incorporate acupuncture to support overall well-being, improve sleep, reduce stress, ease treatment-related symptoms, and feel more supported throughout the fertility process.

Located inside The IVF Center’s Lake Nona office, I work closely with the physicians and staff to provide convenient, coordinated integrative fertility care. My goal is not only to support your treatment cycle, but to help you feel heard, cared for, and confident throughout your journey.

About Dr. Kristen Hill

Dr. Kristen M. Hill is a nationally board-certified, Florida-licensed Acupuncture Physician and Herbalist specializing in fertility acupuncture, reproductive health, pregnancy, postpartum care, and Chinese herbal medicine. She works exclusively from The IVF Center’s Lake Nona location, providing integrative care for women and men throughout every stage of family building.

Dr. Hill graduated summa cum laude from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine with a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Health Studies. Her training combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with a strong foundation in Western medical sciences, allowing her to work collaboratively alongside reproductive endocrinologists and other healthcare providers to support each patient’s individualized treatment plan.

A lifelong student of Chinese medicine, Dr. Hill is passionate about helping patients navigate fertility treatment with compassionate, individualized care. She believes that listening carefully, educating patients, and supporting the whole person are just as important as the treatment itself.

Absolutely. Fertility is a shared journey, and many couples choose to receive treatment together. Because sperm develop over approximately 70–90 days, beginning care before IUI or IVF provides an opportunity to support overall health, reduce stress, and optimize the environment in which healthy sperm are produced. Treatment is always individualized and designed to complement your fertility care.
